The newsletters are forwarded with Sendinblue. When you register for the newsletter, your e-mail address and first name are automatically stored on the list intended for the purpose at Sendinblue.

Hostnet

The e-mail of HAGENS is hosted by Google. When you contact us via the forms or via e-mail, the e-mails in case are stored on the servers of Hostnet.

Website

The website and back-ups of the website are hosted by WordPress. Data you leave behind on the website of HAGENS are stored on the servers of WordPress.

Press List

The Press List is used for the management of your contact details.

We have made sure that all your data are processed on servers within the EU.

Retention terms

Your data are saved for a longer term by HAGENS, though never for any longer than is necessary to conduct activities, unless we have to keep your data longer on grounds of a legal obligation.

The forwarding of newsletters

Your e-mail address and first name are stored in Sendinblue. The storage of your data is for an indefinite time. Because you can unsubscribe whenever you want by way of the link at the bottom of the newsletters.

Contacting us

At the moment you contact HAGENS via e-mail, the data you send along, such as your name and e-mail address, are stored on the mail server. Those e-mails are kept for a maximum of two years.

Analytics

The data collected by Analytics on the website are anonymous, that is, not linked to your name, company, or e-mail address. These data are kept at Google Analytics for an indefinite time.

Invoice-related information

We keep invoice-related information (name, business address and business bank account number) for seven years after invoicing.

Business relation

For as long as we maintain a business relation with you, we will keep your contact details, so we can stay in contact with you. After termination of our relation, we will keep your contact details for one more year.

SECURITY

No physical copies of your personal data are kept. Your data are only managed in the systems and software referred to above. The personal data managed by HAGENS or by the third parties mentioned before are only accessible via the software above and are secured by a password and where possible with two-factor authentication. For this two-factor authentication, a code is generated by the software and sent to HAGENS. This code must be used during the login process. The devices opening your data are locked with a password as well. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to the devices required alone.
