On 12 February, the day turned yellow at the preview of ‘Yellow. Beyond Van Gogh’s Colour’ at the Van Gogh Museum. HAGENS was responsible from strategy to guest list, with the brief to bring together a curated group of creators from areas of interest that match the many layers of the exhibition.
During the afternoon, guests followed a Slow Looking tour with curators Edwin Becker and Ann Blokland, listened to a soundtrack by twenty students of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam who translated yellow into music, and the perfumers of Robertet took them through the creation of three scents developed especially for the exhibition.
It was the first collaboration between HAGENS and the Van Gogh Museum. Read the full case here.
